Disclaimer – Divine Nails and Beauty reserves the right to revoke special offers and make changes to prices at any time without prior notice.Gift Vouchers – Are available from the salon for specific treatments or a value of your choice, and are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. We can also post vouchers out to you. Refunds cannot be issued and there is no cash redemption available on gift vouchers.
Punctuality & Cancellations – Late arrivals may result in a reduction in treatment time, we will endeavour to carry out what we can within the time slot allocated; or suggest re-booking. Every effort must be made to make any cancellations 24hrs prior to the agreed appointment time, as we often have a waiting list. Cancellation charges may apply.
Methods of Payment – We accept cash, debit/credit cards (Exc. American Express), cheques (accompanied by a valid cheque guarantee card) and Divine gift vouchers.
Payments & Deposits - Payment is required at time of booking for all Divine Days and Specialist Packages and are non-refundable. Deposits may be required for some treatments during busy periods e.g. Christmas, but you will be advised at time of booking.
